This year has been a bit of a crazy whirlwind, and though I have given a lot of thought to what I want my resolutions to be, I have not actually done it yet. For a resolution to work for me, I have to write it down on my list, and break it into smaller achievable steps. The only solid resolution is to not eat out this year. On day five i can proudly say that I have stuck to it, even though i was sorely tempted when my daughter begged me to take her to Jimmy John's.
The thing is I do have other specific goals I need to set, like actually exercising every day instead of hitting the snooze button in the morning. I also have specific goals to do with my career that I have not moved forward on yet, because I have not written them down. So my goal is to do that tomorrow when I have a bit more time to reflect and think about what I want to change. How are you doing on your goals?
